Has any clever bloke managed to create a lower league database yet this year ?

Really looking forward to playing as my local but as far as i can see everyone that ha previously done one is not doing it/ still working on it.

Try that, not sure if it's exactly what you are after

Read it before you download it in case it isn't what you are after, always be precarious making massive DB changes like that

You might be waiting a while then bud, something like that would take a long time, particularly editing the promotion and relegation parts I suspect :O
