Has anybody got a 4-3-3 working with...

Looking for a 4-3-3 tactic with CM's/DM's, instead of playmakers and what not, hopefully an attacking type tactic, just can't seem to get anything to "click" in this regard. Only success I've had at 4-3-3 is with DLP/RP/AP, and AM/BTB/AP type set ups, but really hoping to get something like DM/CM/CM working.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
Pairs and combinations. It's that simple.

A lot depends on the roles around the 3 midfielders, so it's no use just looking at them in isolation.
 
attacking could work with a flat 433...if we're talking about a 4-1-2-3 DM Wide, then I would go counter
 
i use a flat 3 in midfield with cm(a) cm(d) and a cm(s) works pretty well has some nice football and incisive passing from all three
