Has anybody made a decent 4-2-4?

Looking for a tactic with two strikers but also either IF's or Wingers, it might be a bit unorthodox but someone must have experimented.

Just exploit the flanks and pump ball into the box, to a pair of big strikers.

I've played this formation for many years you need a solid back 4 and Very fast wingers then I recommend playing a target man and either an advanced forward or poacher

the perks of this I have found is you will tend to win most of the games you would normally draw but when you play the teams that are better than you prepared to get massacred
