Has anyone had a Stadium Expansion or a New Stadium with Chelsea?

I had an Expansion but only by around 200 seats. Which sucks.

I want a newer, bigger stadium, I have huge funds but they say The Council will never allow it due to lack of space? :O

i know if you are really sucessful you get a new stadium built under your name, sometimes.

Nothing with chelsea, I have every cup, trophy and player in the world, club love me, yet no stadium, hmmph.
