Yeah It's pretty easy just got sign the right players Hearts is probably the easiest as they have a decent squad and have a decent amount of money.

I signed Kadlec for them and second season won the League third got to Europa League Final.

On FM10 I won the CL 3 in a row with Queens Park

hearts, motherwell or dundee utd are pretty easy to do well with
dont expect to win the spl in the first year, but after 2 or 3 years you should be fighting for the title

ive won the spl twice and got to CL semis with hearts before, but its just not as easy to do as it is with rangers or celtic, but if you can nab a few good youngsters over the first two seasons, the next two after that prove more fruitful
