Jose Mourinho's 4231 with Real Madrid. Solid defensively and brilliant on the counter. Being able to crush opponents. I know someone made a tactic but had a weird look to it. Ronaldo LW / Di Maria RM ect.

Also, Mancini's formation with Man City. Narrow 4231. Would love to get 1 like this. Create loads of CCC and beat everyone.

I've made a 4-2-3-1 but it's with 2 DMC's more than welcome to try it out, not sure if it will beat anyone

I think Mourinho's 4-2-3-1 is a possession tactic play in the opponent half althought Mourinho side like to score from the break, and is not a counter attack tactic. Real Madrid Football Statistics | WhoScored.com
