Has anyone updated a Continental Competition in FM20 or FM19?

Having issues with team rankings and seeding. The same teams keep showing up after they lose.

I am currently revamping the rules for the CAF champs league and it will come into affect in 2022 but it cannot find teams when I try verify... granted (as of this moment it is in South Africa) as it wouldn't let me start a brand new version with "add club continental rules" so I've based it in SA for now so I can edit the file in great detail and it is under the same format as the UCL2018

I feel like there should be a better way to do the CLs in the editor. I hate that you can't just do something like add a round to it.

It is annoying I feel a big issue for me is that I haven't done something like this (continental cups anyway) seeding could be the big issue but I really am struggling with that part
