Havant and waterlooville

Just started my second season with havant and waterlooville and to be completely honest i havent got a clue about any of the players. But i was wondering if anyone could suggest a tactic for the team? I am still in the division they started in

in fm10 i played 424 all the way to championship. Dunno about fm11 'havant' played my save much, 41212 isnt to bad, from what i can remember they havnt got decent wingers.
 
Without having played with that specific team, I would say that you have to use the players to their best. If you have a player that is quick, then use that fact. If you have a really slow midfield, then perhaps you should flood the midfield and if your Wingers have decent crossing and you have a big guy upfront that know how to head and jump, then use that fact.
