Try putting up a job advert for those staff positions. Then do a comparison on the best staff which have applied.

try and get one of your players to convert into a coach and offer him the job, I recommend Lea Peacock, he wants to be an manager, there coaching potential varies on each game but he's not a bad coach in my game, i had him as my youth coach on my county game
