So in Staff responsibilities it allows me to change who handles first team contract negotiation signings, so I switched this to my Chairman, and tried to sign Bale, obviously a massive transfer fee but the wages are about 200k per week than he normally asks, is this a bug or is it just that the way the game is programed?
