Having a Private Chat

Sorry if this has been answered before, but did a search but couldn't see anything.

When having a private chat, and you have the list of topics or questions to ask a player, do you select the question/topic and hit end conversation or use the continue button?

Have you got the latest patch installed (11.3)? If you are playing through steam then it's automatically updated, if you aren't, you can download patches here: Football Manager? 2011

if your game is fully updated and it still doesn't work, can you take a screenshot of what it looks like after you press an option?

Have you only had this problem on one save game?
