Having problems installing Face Packs

I'm sure I've done everything right. I installed an Arsenal Staff & Players face-pack. Put it in the folder

C:\Users\<user>\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2014\graphics\Faces

I then go onto preferences on FM, 'clear cache' then 'reload skin' - After this I check FM and the faces haven't loaded, where am I going wrong?
