I've set myself up a new team to manage in the premier league, and I've had two strange problems with the game that I'm not sure how to fix. The team has been placed in the EPL in place of Blackburn Rovers, I made Blackburn extinct, effectively replaced in the same way MK Dons replaced Wimbledon. Anyway, the issues..
First one is that my team isn't entered into the FA Cup. I'm in the league cup, qualified for the Champions League qualifiers and having no issues with the league.. :s
Second one affects my game play less but is even more baffling. I retained some of Blackburn's players as part of the new club and their valuation goes from a normal valuation (for example, £2.5m for Paul Robinson) on some game dates to £0 on most days. It also automatically changes the asking price for the player to £0.
Any ideas what I did wrong?
