HDMI & Xbox

Hi guys,does anyone know why my HDMI TV keeps going blank and saying "out of range" ? Has ayone had similar problems or know how to fix it? Cheers.

Have you set it to HD?

Can you change the settings on the dashboard?

Yeah its all set up correctly,its been fine for a while,but now im playing online,just about to blow someones head off on COD5 and bam the TV screen goes black and it says out of range in the top corner,then it comes back on after a few seconds.

hmm never had that, check the xbox forums.

Sounds like the resolution that is trying to be displayed is out of range. On the Xbox settings change the resolution to a lower number.
