Can anyone recommend a brilliant HOYD, Iam managing fulham in the EPL. Also do U18 coaches improve the youth teams development?

Dave Parnaby from middlesborough, id recommend giving him a short contract and then going for Bernard peters of Hoffenheim asap, prolyl wont be able to get him in your first season but if you improve your rep enough in your first season, he might sign for you

Parnaby, Luis Fernando Moraes, Rodolfo Borrell or even Jair Ventura (I used him last year as my HOYD and promoted him to assistant manager, he's fantastic as Am in this game aswell)
