Been a lifelong hearts fan i only seem to be able to stick a hearts career on FM. I'm off work for a few weeks now so i thought ill have plenty of time to do this.

With Hearts been in administration and having a 15 point deduction and such a small youthful squad it is a great challenge.

I don't use anyone's tactics, or updated databases, just loaded all scottish leagues and using a large database and the correct fixtures with no added staff been ticked.

The first update will be when the transfer window ends.

The Facilities at Hearts are some of the top in facilities in Scotland and playing at one of the best stadiums around for atmosphere where the support are like the 12th man.

I have a small staffing network which I'm happy with and wont be changing anything.

With being in administration i can't sign anyone which causes slight concern due to the lack of players at my disposal, also cant rely on reserve or youth team due to no reserve team and a small number not even enough to fill a team of youth.

Jamie MacDonald - one of the few players in the squad who are experienced and a top keeper. I always look to have a spine to my teams and '' Jamma '' is the perfect man to be at the base of it.

Danny Wilson - Even at a young age he is one of the most experienced players after making a brake through at Rangers at 17 and moving to Liverpool, Danny has already been capped by Scotland and will be a Vital part of my defence.

Jason Holt - One of Scotland's most talented youngsters at the moment and one of the best to come through Hearts youth system, Jason will be key to linking up play from midfield to the striker/s.

Review On Pre-Season Results:

In general pre season was good, the cardiff result is a bit concerning but im pretty content otherwise.

I have named Brad McKay as my captain. He may be young but he is a natural born leader and a massive Hearts fan so the passion is there.

I am a little surprised about my manager of the month after a couple of those results.

In my opinion it was a decent start to the season with my young squad who have a 15 point deduction to make up. Now we are currently on -6 points, 9 behind dundee united in 11th.

Transfer window is now shut!

Obviously we were in administration so weren't allowed to add to the squad but my squad depth took a hit with the administrator accepting transfer and loan bids !

I am gutted to have lost some of those players,

Jamie Hamill & Ryan Stevenson were a couple of my experieced players who i would have loved to have kept but i did make a little money of them, Also Dylan McGowan and Callum Tapping who are both young players, losing them for as little as i did is disappointing. Dale Carrick and Gary Oliver are both strikers who i would have kept as i only have 3 natural strikers. Liam Gordon would have been a back up centre half which is a position which i am short in as my 2 starting centre halfs and my right back are all i have.

Out Of Administration !

From what i can read, It looks like a CVA worth 550k was agreed to take us out of administration. i will be paying 46k per month for the rest of the season + 4k interest and after that i will be debt free!

I still have a transfer registration ban which is i am not allowed to sign players over 21 years old untill Febuary 1st 2014 which was imposed by the league for a breach of their rules.
