my life has taken a turn for the worst! I went to load fm up earlier and this message comes up " error: unable to find some essential data. please ensure that the game is installed correctly. if the problem persists, please contact technical support" WTF is going on?? anyone know how to fix this?

your going to have to reinstall the game
but don't worry this isn't affecting your saved games just back them up before reinstalling themgoogle it for a bit here try these steps
- Close Steam
- Right click on Steam shortcut
- Click "Properties"
- Choose the "Compatibility" tab
- Uncheck the box "Run in Compatibility mode for"
- Click on "OK" and then start Steam using the same shortcut
- You can now try the game
if you are still having probs add me on steam: Thegamingnerd1019
