Hi, hope everyones well and well done to those posting the quality graphics on here!!! Brilliant.

Can anyone help me, i'm a bit of a simpleton, can understand basic computer speak and can follow directions pretty easily.................however, adding graphics is really winding me up here!!! Tried using winzip first but this was unsuccessful as all attempts had errors. Now tried winrar to extract files, created graphics folder, extracted but when i then go into ...graphics/logos or kits or facepacks the files are not there??? there's no errors or indications on extraction so what could have gone wrong? ive even tried extracting the files to an unrelatedfolder and then copying the files to graphics/logos or kits or facepacks but these definately wont load up. help its driving me mad!!!

regards

Go to MyDocuments>Sports Interactive> Football Manager 2010 Make a folder called graphics. Then extract your graphics here. Then in FM go to preferences and then go to Display & Sound then untick Use Skin Cache and tick Always Reload Skin on Confirm.

Next time search. There are about 1000 threads on this.

save your file that you want to download in a created folder, like

user - documents - sports interactive - football manager 2011 - graphics - facepack

then winRaR it by right clicking then clicking extract here

does that help?

Are you using a 64 bit version of windows, or any version of windows 7?

thanks for the replies....................been trying to sort this for 2 days solid!!!! argh!!! using windows vista and winrar. done what is suggested but no good..............comes up as a winrar archive instead of standard files???

Yes because they are. You need to extract them

think there's an issue with my winrar if it wont extract correctly...................does that sound right??

when you have downloaded your graphic you should then 'extract it here' with winRaR, you could try downloading winRaR again!?

when you download a file it goes to your downloads.. (documents > downloads) right click on the file click "extract to the specified folder" then choose your kit/logo folder, hope this helps.
