Help a noob :)

Hey i'm new here and i need to know exactly where to extract manager pictures, kits, facepacks, the whole lot.

I've checked out some othere posts but links people have been posting have not helped me so it would be much appricated if you could tell me exactly where to put them.

Thanks for the link by the way, I had FM09 but then laptop died so i totally forgot what files go where lol
