HELP, Adding own picture in middle of game.. ?

I have a huge broblem. I want to add my own picture as a my manager picture in middle of game.

So is this possible or do i have to start game all over again?

I think if its possible then you have to link your picture together with your manager via those IDs.

Any one know how to do this? Made a picture and named it same as my ID and placed into the correct directory just not sure what to do in the config file
