hi mate the same has happened to me i must off turned fm off while it was saving and not realised once i nooted fm up again i aso got the message i couldnt load my game i couldnt veen start a new game, so i deleted my save game but still got the message i even reinstalled steam and fm and still got the message so my last only option was to reinstall windows luckily i have a windows 7 disc activated so i back up any important files i needed then reinstalled windows 7 put steam back on put fm back on started fm up worked normal again so my advice to you is try and find a solution first before reinstalling windows i only did it as i only have fm and couple cleaners on my laptop so easily replaced again their must be a solution to solve this error which pops so my advice is have a google on it see what you can find hope this helps mate and to anyone else who also has had this problem
