You see, I ask this question just because I have used barca for more than 20 seasons and still fail to get this achievement.
May be bug. I think I should start a new game.

Well try and play a 4-3-3 with messi as your deep lying forward

put messi as lone striker as trequartista with move into channels and normal mentality
give him very high creativity and let him roam

This achievement is most likely bugged. I have won this award 2 times and did not get the achievement.
On Giantbomb this achievement has been completed by 0.0% of the people, so my guess is that it's bugged.
