Are you looking for à plug & play tactic that aims to beat the Match Engine or are you looking for some suggestions on how to get the best out of your players etc ?

I would prefer a plug and play tactic because I am quite inexperienced and just to get used to the game etc.

Have à look at the latest from MR Hought 12.2.2. The best way to learn is to NOT use tactics that aims to beat the ME though as one will get the wrong idea about how the game actually works.
