Help.. Cannot Play Any Matches.

Help.. i cannot seems to play any matches.. the bar is not moving, there is no 3d field(just blank).. the only thing i can do is on holiday..

I am on win7 and i5 intel chip. 10.3 patch. player face and team logo graphics on.

Please some guys help me..

you might need to reinstall, back uo your save game uniinstall then reinstall
