Help! Cant install tactics

Please help me! I have downloaded several tactics using tac. file but in Fm10 in tactics when I click on the tactic to install it keeps coming up cannot load file! never had this problem in previous editions.
Anyone know the solution? Please help.

Have a read of that. You cannot open .tac files directly.
