Help changing the colour of attributes

Any help i would appreciate!

Basically i know how to change the colour of the ratings players get. (shooting etc)

But the name of the stat is in white, and obviously cannot see it very well as im using the original skin!

Also this problem all came about from me downloading the Skelo X skin or what ever it is called. Someone please help me out its doing my head in loool

I have yet to look at changing the colour of attributes on fm 2013, I am using the FMC skin so I am not even sure if it can be done. The standard ones blend in too much imo and therefore need to be more distinctive (e.g. white = 1-5, yellow 6-10, orange 11-15 and red 16-20). I did try using the Skelo X skin but I found it caused issues with the text colour so I have returned to the FMC skin.
