Hello,
I'm new to the forums and haven't made an introduce yourself thread just yet due to this being a massive priority in making my game that little bit more enjoyable.
Some of you may be thinking that Crewe can't play Tika Taka football which is most famous for by FC Barcelona. Well I'm going to prove that wrong and go out with an aim to play that style of football and try to get in winning ways. I have a few reasons for this, not many teams in England play that style of football and playing it will mean I could have the advantage against opposition who will not be use to this. As well as that, it's also going to be more enjoyable to watch and bring in players from around the globe to fit into the style of football that I want to play. As I'm in league 1 it will be great to experiment with the team at an early stage instead of rushing for title promotion straight away it will be a lot harder playing a new style.
I would like some help and advice on what different roles and actions to take place as I want this style to work to the best of it's ability, I know it's going to be extremely hard with such a low budget and the players not being amazing. But it can work if I pick the right players from the right pond which can fit in to the style, obviously a few alterations in the players being played will be taking into account as well as the opposition.

I have attached an image of the formation which I feel will be the most beneficial. I think playing a 4-3-3 but with an outlook of a 4-1-2-2-1 It allows smaller gaps between the three thirds of the pitch and the two wingers can break into a 5 man midfield or counter for a 4 man attack. I've thought about this formation a lot and have a few ideas but I'm not the best at putting ideas into the actual game without it all messing up, so I'm asking for some advice on if this is the best outlook for the team and individually.
What I need help with?
Is this the right formation?
Is this the right player roles?
How can I get them to play as a team?
How can progression be enabled to get the results?
What sort of signings would be recommended?
What alterations/adjustments can be made?
Where do I go from here (Individual responsibilities)?
Training?
Individual Training?
Thanks very much for the help, I look forward to getting this tactic under way and making people aware of this.
