Help downloading Koflok's Goals galore and other tactics.

I go to download it and it says windows cannot download this file. I haven't got any programs to run it from, so I choose the online option and it makes me install an entire new program which I end up having to pay for. How does everyone else download their tactics??

The same way I download anything, I just click download and then I am asked wher to save it on my comp

Stick the tactic in the tactics folder, if there isn't one then create it within the 'Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012' folder.
