Help evaluating some regens

Hi guys, so I have a few regens I'm looking at for long term training and development, but I'm not sure if I'm blinded by scouts' 5 stars and pretty attribute colours or if I'm really on to something with any of them.

Would really appreciate some input if you guys don't mind. I use a 4-5-1 formation with 3 DM's and 2 normal wingers (not AMR/L's).

I'd say all of them bar possibly the second and last are worth a punt as those two have low determination so may not hit their potential.

Pistone especially looks like he could be absolutely quality.

Yeah just bought pistone for about 8mil cus he can pretty much walk into my team and be decent already.

My main question is about Menga, because he's gonna cost me around 15mil + I think, and I'm just not sure if his stats justify it although I know his PA is huge (did a check on Genie scout just for reference and it's at 199).

I would only sign Menga and Gomes as the scout report shows weakness you can improve. Unlike Taggart who is Injury prone, Collins would be a let down during Important matches which could be the difference between winning the champions league final and not and you want no passengers in a big final. Pistone and Burgada are inconsistent thus you will never know if they will have a good game or bad. So out of all thos signings for one game you could have Taggart more likely than not injured and Collins, Pistone and Burgada all playing poorly which would cost you the game.
