help finding editor?

okay i cant find editor i downloaded fm off steam and i went on programme files(86x)/steam/steamapps/common/football manager 2012

and then it just gives me a option of data,directx,extensions,locales
am i missing something? or am i just incredibly retarded help would be much appreciated

oh well thats pretty **** then:/ im not looking to add funds or anything its just when i start a save i prefer to get rid of staff via editor and add my own it saves compensation costs
