help for counter tactic

hey guys im currently man united and i tried creating my own counter tactic but in all honesty its far from the most effective at times. just need help improving it

i usually play a 4-5-1


player roles:


gk-defend
full backs-automatic
central defenders-defend


anchor man-defend
ball winning midfielder-support
advanced playmaker-support

wingers-attack

trequartista/poacher-attack


my team instructions are:
balanced
counter
more direct
more disciplined
press more
more aggressive
zonal marking
default crossing
stick to position

a deep defensive line
wide width
and quick tempo

You don't really need an anchor man and a BWM. I'd suggest changing the BWM to deep lying playmaker or central midfielder -support.

im trying to use the passer/destroyer/creater combination in my midfield

I would really suggest taking away your BWM coz for me DLP with a defending role works just about the same just they can be a creater using long range passes and be a passer as well. That means it is a more balanced kind of midfield that does all 3. An Anchor man is a good enough ball winner with a DLP with defending role... More than enough for winning ball.
