Help for logos and facepacks

Hello, I'm having some problems loading the graphics on the new FM. I usually can do it fine but it just isn't loading onto the game the file location is as shown on the pic. And i try others packs but he problems still... the game dont reload the graphics folder i guess...

I already see it but still dont work... its the first time i have this problem, the others fm versions no problem with logos or face packs...

I already unistall game and do the steps one more time with the youtube Guides but problem still
