so, i just managed Newcastle for 2 seasons now. and i created my own tactics based on 2-6-2 framework that i read in forum (although i don't exactly copy the frame work).
so my tactics is going quite well for now, while i haven't got my hands on any trophy yet, but i found that my team performs quite well in premiere and place 2nd in this season. and there are some crucial winning like 3-0 against barcelona in St. James Park etc.
but i struggle to find a perfect instruction for my right side midfielder, as of now the player in this position sometimes play well but sometimes got rating as low as 5.2-5.7.. this frustates me.. so can you give me advice to improve my tactics?
maybe you can try using my tactics too and gives me input on how to improve it further.
