Help for New Assistant Manager..?

I'm currently looking for a new assistant manager as Brighton Manager, I prefer the passing style of the game, is there any way to search for assistant managers that have that also prefer that style of play and a certain formation, or would I need to click on every assistant to check their style etc.?

I've checked in the filters but I cannot find them..

Assistant to my knowledge style of have no effect on your Management on the squad.

Just find one that has decent ratings for Man Management, Adaptabilty and Tactical Knowledge and of you find one with the bonus ones which are Judging Players Ability and Potential then any coaching ratings would be good to.
