HELP - Fulham and Transfers

Ive been playing the game for a while now. Im Fulham and i cant seem to buy any players from Tottenham, West Ham, Arsenal or Chelsea at all. Even youth players wont sign for me on loan.

Has anyone else had these problems and if so is there a way to change it? It ****** me off as its not realistic. Kakuta moved to Fulham and so have many ex Spurs players.

Anyone help?

It's just the rival system, you will need to build up your clubs reputation a fair amount for them to consider switching to a rival club.

Your aiming to high with your transfers. Their reputation is much higher than yours which is why they dont wanna join. Only try with players from those clubs if they are on the transfer list.

Scout players before you consider bidding, your scouts will tell your if theyre interested or not.
