Help get Middlesbrough into Europe - 3rd season

Finished 11th last season very respectable after just getting promoted, with a few changes to the team and a more attacking tactic we can challenge for Europe next season. Any suggestions will help currently play 4-2-2-2 with 2 DM's and two wingers.

I plan to offload a few dead weights if I can to increase the wage balance but have no ideas of who to buy to challenge for Europe, anyone have any suggestions be aware most of the big names Hazard etc have already gone to big teams

lol mate not like you were going to get Hazard anyway. Try getting in players like niang, erick torres, christian erisken, milan badelj, sanogo, fierro, romario, vrsaljko, alex smithies, luis guilherme, shaqiri, scott sinclair etc...who may be realistic targets (stress MAY) and who are all available at relatively cheap prices.
