Help Get The Strikers Scoring

Hi, I have started a Man United save against a friend ,I'm playing this tactic :

The problem I have is that any of my strikers (Rooney, Berbatov and Chicharito) Are not getting in 1v1 action.
I have tried raising their mentality to 14 and gave them roaming but that didnt help, it just seems that my 1v1 situations are a 30 yard ball from giggs to one of my AMRL players and because of their finishing and compusure cant place it in the net.
Thats a big problem as I have a very improtant match, so I ask you ... HOW DO I FIX MY TACTIC?

Your tactic's pretty bad as it is, mate.

Try a 4-2-3-1, you've got great players for it. Play Giggs on the left wing as an Advanced Playmaker on attack duty, Dinho as a central attacking midfielder, with his role set to advanced playmaker attack as well, Valencia should be fine as he is (Assuming he's right winger - attack), and in central midfield Scholes should be still be able to hold his own as DL Playmaker - support, but if you insist you can use Anderson. The other CM should, of course, be Fletcher, as a destroyer.

Bare in mind I've never, ever, managed United, so this is from just looking at your players right now. You should be able to gather much more insightful advice by checking a few guides out, there are plenty about Man U. Good luck!
 
The tactic is not realy my problem, I've just beaten chelsea 2-0 with them having 2 shots at target...
the problem is simply my strikers not getting in 1v1 action, Ronaldinho has 3 goal and 2 assists in 4 games and Giggs has 4 goals and 1 assist in 4 games, i just need help with the strikers...
Hope you can help me out :P

If your strikers don't score when you have such strikers as Rooney, Berba and Chicharito, the problem lies in your tactic.
 
my question is... how to i make it better .. without changing the formation?
 
The problem is pretty clear because your striker's setting is really wrong. Your poacher have too low mentality which mean he'll drop deep too much and act more like a midfielder!Try give him a higher mentality (about 18) , lower his freedom, passing style to the lowest,long shots to rarely, through ball to sometimes, cross ball to rarely. Set his wide play to 'move to channel' and don't let him to roam because you'll want him to stay forward all the time. I always use this setting for my lone striker and it works wonder

Try having your more creative players with good passing and anticipation to play alot of through balls, especially if your playing against teams who play with long pitches. And maybe set Rooney as your target man with 'run onto ball' settings. Although i would rather play Rooney as a Complete Forward, its your tactic. His mentally will need highering and maybe turn his crossing and through balls down but higher his runs with the ball. This might help him to run with the ball towards goal rather than look for the pass..

How do you get the numbers in your team settings?
Like:
"Attacking (14)"

Its these panel things which you kinda download and put into your skin folder. I know cragswfc uploaded them for me. Have a look in the devasto thread from about 120 onwards and you will find it eventually. Its closer to 125 than to however many pages it is now.

Tried it 13 goals so far ,Thanks for the advice :)
