help! i cant win!

can someone please tell me what i need to do in order to win consecutive matches and what tactics etc. i need to use? im in constant under threat of the sack and i desperetly need help.

You'll have to post your team, tactical & player info so we can try to see where you're going wrong. To be honest I'm still playing FM 2012 but will be more than happy to try and help you out.
