Help installing...

Hi there,
Just purchased FM and inserted the disc into my laptop i then press Auto Run and agree to the terms and conditions, after this a message pops up saying "Installing system Components...Please Wait" It has been stuck on this for hours and still nothing happens i have tried numerous times.
Anyone had this problem who could help?

Have you not already got Steam on your system?

It sounds as though you probably haven't so I would cancel the installation, then install Steam and then try again with it already on your system.

I went on the steam site and clicked the download and a messages pops up which asks me if i want to run, then when i press run the message disappears and nothing happens..

Does your computer meet the minimum system requirements?

Ye checked them all got the correct processor, windows 7, enough MB RAM and enough GB space... dont have a clue why its not working
