HELP - Loading screen on Mac

When I start up FM15 on my mac, it all loads fine until it reaches the loading screen (showing 'loading' in the various languages). At this point, it stays on this without moving on; I have tried leaving it over an hour and it was still loading.

I have seen some fixes for this on windows by deleting the cache files or something along those lines. Is there a similar fix for mac? Or does anyone know of anything that has worked for you?

PS. I have tried verifying the game cache numerous times and it only says that it is all good.

Same issue here on imac. Have you got it sorted and if so how? Very frustrating.

I know you mentioned about the cache already but have you tried deleting the cache through steam...

• Open steam
• Open the library and click on properties.
• Click on Local files tab and verify for Game cache.
• Steam will check for the missing files.

If that doesnt work try:

first delete your cache folder as shown here -https://support.sega.co.uk/hc/en-gb/articles/201580562-How-to-Do#delete-cache

Then delete your preferences files as shown here - https://support.sega.co.uk/hc/en-gb/articles/201580562-How-to-Do#delete-preferences

If all that fails then make sure you have a back up of your saved game and try a fresh reinstall of the game.

really frustrating! There must be a solution. Has anybody had this problem on the mac and found a way past it? No problem with fm14 on my imac.
