Help Me Change Amounts of Subs Available, Using Pre-Game Editor

Apologies if this is in the wrong place.

Any ideas how one can do this? It used to be much easier in previous iterations; however, it is much more complicated this year.

Ideally, guidelines for changing Sub rules in Italy, would be much appreciated.

I've taken the following steps, thus far:

Rules > Add Nation Rules > Italy > Add Lower Divisions And Cups To Existing Structure > Convert to Advanced Rules > Serie A > Substitution Rules for Division Level.

What should I do from this point onwards? I'm not sure where to go with this; however, I do see the dropdown to select the desired rule, from this point.

Your help would be much appreciated.

I am no expert, and have used the editor only once this year. I think you dont need to convert to advanced rules to change number of subs. I think there is an option somewhere in the league that allows you to change number of subs. But as I said, I am no expert. So I might be wrong.
