Help me come up with guidelines for my next fm challenge ?

I'm looking to start a new game i'm going to skip till January 1st and take over the team who are sitting bottom of the English Premier League.

To make it a more interesting challenge though I was hoping that perhaps 3 people could each come up with a guideline by which I have to adhere to throughout my game.
