Changing tactics radically will just make a team perform worse in the short term... What kind of mentality system are you trying to use? What kind of tactics have you been using for over a season so far?

Why not try the defensive variant? Or something else based on the Benitez mentality system?

Knowing why you're losing might be something to investigate though. That will help you understand the game so you don't need to keep reloading.

The game really doesn't have 'super tactics' so changing the tactics just for the one day isn't going to solve all your problems if the players think you're useless as a manager and don't do the basics on match day.
