the problem is .. when i get into the match , the screen turn to black , everything is working and the match is being played but everything is black and nothing appears clearly
sometimes , everything is clear except the shaded areas in the pitch
I hope i could take a screenshot to show you but it didn't work
can you help me please ?

Assume it is a graphics problem, possibly your computer isn't up to the required standard to run the 3d match engine. Have you tried 2d mode?

yes Jake , I have tried 2d mode but still not working , everything in the pitch is clear and obvious except the shaded areas
i have never faced this problem previously
