Hello Guys!
Just wanted to ask you all for some help.

I really want to make a story on the 'Football Manager 2015 Manager Stories' section but I don't know how to actually customise it and stuff.

What I mean by this is that I don't know how to

-Add my own pictures
-Don't know how to actually lay it out so it does look smart and that

So basically could I please ask you guys what type of layout I should go for, how I can get my pictures into the story and what programs/apps I may need to create the layout for it.

You can add your pictures by using the little paper clip icon at the top of the input box. It will show after you click "Go advanced". Strictly speaking there are no apps or programs you NEED to post your story unless you want to do some advanced editing or photoshop type stuff.

My layout sucks so my only advice on that point is to experiment & find out what you like.
