hello....
I'm playing FM 10....
n I choose VfB Stuttgart....
now my several youth players are going to leave the club....
what can I do to keep them?

Contracts? Whats the specific issue? Are they unhappy and leaving on a bosman or are being transfered?

I already try to contracts them, but it no use....
They just fear about they future....

You need to play them and praise them, praise after game (not too often) and give them good team talks i would guess.

Usually, when I have a good assistant manager I let him handle youth contracts.
If he has a high enough JPP, I trust him to offer contracts to promising talent and let go the ones that wouldn't cut it anyway, and so fat I haven't been let down yet.

If you really need/want to keep them all, play the a few times late in the game in decided fixtures, give them hot-prospect status or something and offer them professional contracts.

Being Stuttgart, I don't think you need to worry about youngsters leaving - there will be lots of new ones coming in in the summer, and the ones that are good enough for the first team will likely want to stay anyway.
