Help me possession but not a lot of chances

Hey guys,

I created a tactic based on possession, every game i have around 65% possession.

Now my problem is that i only have a few shots 5-6 and only 2-3 on goal..
they keep playing the ball and but just dont make very big chances..

I play a lot of draw 0-0 ore even lose with goal against u from corner ore long shot..

I played with specifik pressing on each player but it seemed better without that just zonal someone has experience with that?

Please help

What style u play, standard/control/attack, what formation/roles,?

im playing a 4-1-2-2-1 control tactic

normal gk
2wingback support
central defender
archor man
advandced and deep laying playmaker
inside forward
false nine

try making the forward advanced, depending where your midfield playmakers play on the pitch(example if they on halfway line) everyone might be occupying the same area of the pitch, inside forward drops to a att midfielder role, the advanced midfielder also advances to that role, and the inside forwards also both play narrower, so it might be abit cramped in middle mate, again just a theory of course, your team might just get better as the familiarity of the tactic improves so your shots may just go higher without changing anything

its also because not every player can play my system but will try to put my inside forward to wingers they have ppm come inside so maybe the team will be bit more space but not to much otherwice i will lack in defense
