The worst moment in a mans life had happend my fm
doesn't work the problem is

I go to load it, blank red screen comes up for 10 seconds, main menu looks fuzzy n then u try load a game and it says 'cannot identify game'

Take your save file and keep it safe, on a USB or another folder, or on a cloud service.

Re-install the game, should fix the problem.

Documents>Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2014 > games

Copy and paste the save file you want to keep.

Surely you know how to uninstall a program lol? If not. Go to your control panel, then programs and features, add or remove programs, find football manager and uninstall it, then just install it like you did the first time.
