HELP ME

Right, I have tried every single possible tactic, I have the best squad in the BPL by a mile, yet i can't finish any higher than 6th. This has now happened on 4 separate saves, with different teams. I play very well for the 1st half of the season, sitting comfortably 1st in the league, then suddenly, with no changes to tactics, players or anything else i will suddenly lose my next 10 or so games and end up finishing 6th or below?! HELP ME
I leak goals in every tactic, even though I have an outstanding defence.

Maybe the players get overconfident and their workrate drops in the later part of the season.
Complacency breeds errors.

How do I combat this?

Make most of team talks, a squad meeting and chatting up with a player in private. Rotating your squad helps too - a jaded team is going to breed complacency issues, stamp out complacent and error prone players.
