Help!! My amazing regen is declining

I don't know how to put a link of the of the screencap, but he is touted as the next Xavi. His determination was a 20, now it's dropped to a 19, and his other attributes are also about to fall. How can I bring it up? He's 17 and he looks like he has much potential, and his custom training had been going very well, but now it's suddenly falling. Please help.

Xavi has pretty high determination, even though he's 36 now.

He does, but Xavi's determination is not 20, so the younger player will lose some of his determination.

No, he's not injured, but all his other stats are dropping too. But he is performing amazingly for my youth team.

He plays all my cup games, as do most of my youth players, and makes regular sub appearances.

I don't really see what the problem is? The game has always had player attributes fluctuate, it's nothing to worry about.

lol. I don't want this dude to go to waste. When he was 15, he had 20 corners, 16 freekicks and 20 determination.

Yeah, I did that yesterday. Hasn't had much effect a month on.

Check the status of your facilities as they some times degrade and you need to request upgrade from the board. I would also look at your coaches and see if any of the older ones have decreased in ability.
